Your business plan will contain predrafted text specific for your particular business plan covering the following sections:

Executive Summary

The Executive Summary gives a comprehensive but succinct one-page overview of your business and covers all critical topics such as value, market demand and growth strategies.

Market Overview

The Market Overview addresses the market in detail for your product or service and can be customized to address geographical such as local, state, country-specific or international targeting.

Product or Service Description

A Product or Service Description outlines what it is that your business sells or intends to sell to its customers.  While our business plans have information listed here you may want to customize the description of your product or service to fit your business objectives.

Competition

The Competition section lists and describes several key competitors for your product or service.  This is important to show investors or banks that you understand your business and know the field of competitors well.

Financials and Funding Strategy

All of our business plans have a special section projecting sales and expenses and suggesting the best way to fund the business endeavor.  Note that all financial projections are customized by the buyer in our convenient Microsoft Excel tables which automatically calculate final figures based on your input.  These are easily printed as appendices to the business plan upon completion.  The three primary outputs are:  Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet.

Investor Exit Strategy

All investors want to know how they will make money.  The Investor Exit Strategy explains such scenarios as loan repayment, percentage of sales allocated to owners or even selling of your company once a certain revenue level has been acheived.

Risk Management

It is important for you and your partners to know the risks involved in starting your business.  The Risk Management section allows for that and describes the risks associated with your endeavor.  These are unique for each of our business plans, but you can customize them based on your own knowledge as well.

Operations

How are you going to run your business?  What is the structure?  Who is in charge? Where is it located?  This is all listed in the business plan you purchase as easily filled in customizable sections.  The bulk of the text for this section has been completed.  Just fill in the details of how you see your business run on a day-to-day basis.
